just a observation, since i don't have this yet, i have the tier 1.

the fire resist above listed at +2 should it be at +12, might have just missed the one.

personally i think that even though they added alot of really nice effects they should have upped the stats by a couple, not many just acouple along with the kewl effects. hey rangers can dream right =)
