the island is littered with "gunthak" pirates. The tree itself is towards the tip of the NE part of the island as well.

your welcome.

I read on eqtraders that it spawned at loc 5839, -1530; 6270, -4815; and -4100, -5733.
I two-boxed a couple of druids to TD and was foraging with both of them. I decided that the -4100, -5733 one was close enough so I started scouting with my lvl 34 druid. I came upon about that loc under a palm tree and found two timorous coconuts on the ground. They just looked like tiny bags. Then I foraged one. The level 47 druid I brought kept foraging gunthak sea shells and didn't get any coconuts. I think this took about 20 minutes or less.

I confirmed that there is a coconut at this location. It is droppable. This loc is on the island off to the east of the spiroc island. Have not yet seen one for sale in bazaar to know pricing.

And yes it is for rogue epic 1.5... its part of the recipe to make Jumjum twist (test of brewing).

I combined one Timorous Coconut in a Mixing Bowl and got 1 coconut milk, 4 shredded coconut. I do not know what trivial it is my skill was 182 at the time. I was told that the coconut milk is part of the new Epic 1.5 for a Rogue.

when i give something to a mob that is not intended for them, they say "Thanks Jejukin, but I have no need for this item, you can have it back."

strangely polite, even when it's a crushbone orc and my faction couldnt' possibly get any worse ;)

Unless someone can find a quest using these, their trash. If you right click on it you will see there is no tradeskill tag on the info screen that pops up.
Not sure what its for... but you might try...

Hey Everyone,

I've not really checked in to this but you might try and talk to Forage Class Friendly NPC's in the zone about "Timorous Coconut". If I remember to, or am board I'll give it a try and post back results.

Take care,
Tillweed - Bertox.

Any help out there on this one?

I looted a timorous coconut (off a caiman as I recall) in the Oasis. It only sold for 8cp.

That was almost certainly given to the caiman by a player. Most likely, someone foraged it while on raft in Timorous Deep coming to oasis, and you can't drop things while you are on the raft. When he got to Oasis, he tried to drop it, but clicked on a caiman and gave it to the mob instead.

People often give junk loot and forage to wandering mobs, I know I often do. Most often it's when I'm just trying to drop it on the ground and it decides I've clicked on the mob so I go ahead and complete the trade.

Just to clarify it for those joining the game later than most adn reading these posts. There once was a time you were able to give things to NPCs and not see the * sorry ____ I cannot use this, you can have it back* message. It was great fun giving low-end mobs ( rats orcs bats ) about 2000 copper and watching a newbie get *stuck* when he looted his kill then get wiped out because he/she couldn't run away.

Damn you Sony and your Nerfbat
