the circle/aura lasts 2 minutes, and adds the Spirit Strike mod to your melee attacks.
43 mins and 20 seconds to recast.. This is horrible. Maybe good if you don't have an aura but I'd suggest Warriors, don't do this quest. Not really worth it.

Whats the damage on the proc and will it stack with panther tali?

it's not a proc, it's an aura which increases physical damage (for caster+ his group)
yes it stacks with panther
but the aura only lasts 2 minutes, supposedly it's a 5- 10 % increase in damage but haven't parsed it myself.

well they changed the effect on 'aura of the stoic' so now it actually is a proc.

it's a 50hp proc with 50 mod rate, and the aura lasts for two minutes. all in all it might provide a 5% boost in dps, if that.
mostly just for show or a toy, not very useful. But, if an entire raid had these clicks (and the one for casters nukes) , could it help? maybe.

How long does this item work for?... cause the two tasks get you somewhat the same item... so if its such a high reuse timer... maybe it lasts for like a minute... or 5? Anyone know how long this lasts?
just timed with my stopwatch , circle disappeared after 2 minutes .

not sure but the effect on this may be bugged. it creates a trap looking thing on the ground which eminates the aura (to your group only) but the Effect seems to only last for 1 fight, or under 5 minutes for sure. Trying to /feedback for them to make this last 43 minutes like Aura's should.
This is an aura by the way, so the same rules apply as your normal aura. You can't have this aura and your normal aura up at once , and if you've casted your aura within the last 43 minutes you can't cast this even if you remove your aura. (just like if you try to recast your regular aura when it's still up, it will give you the "you do not have sufficient focus to maintain this ability" Red message.

yeah can't recast your aura if you only click the buff off in short duration windoe... but if you right click it in the aura window it works np np -- hate having no timer on my aura so I tend to drop and recast it after awhile or right before something I KNOW I don't want it fading for (name fight, big event, etc).
