max stats with 26 languages?

In 2006 Persica uploaded screenshot of charm with 26 languages and stats were 492/516. I see a later post mentioning a nerf, and I see the stated charm stats 410/430 hp/mana.

Is 410/430 the current max for charm using 26 languages? or is that just the value with 25 languages excluding uknown tongue?

Firona Vie has/had a Human tongue and the Zek servers had a team tongue when said people transferred to Stormhammer those tongues became unknown tongue. As they ventured out into the other servers you could only learn this 26th lang. from them!

I just got this charm and mastered the 25 languages but what is the 26? or rather how do I go about learnin the 26th language. I have looked this up but can't find anything else about it. please help!
