Still have this in my inventory, even after I finished the quest a while ago. I wish you could read the book for the lore. It would have been interesting.
I haven't found all the pages yet, but I am going to try giving it to the librarian in Crescent Reach...it seemed to me that either he or some other npc in that city wanted to have things brought to him.

Just gave the completed book to him, while he didn't give me the "i don't need this Soandso, you can have it back" message, he didn't take it either. It may go to him yet?
