Yes it does appear this armor is on that vendor. I checked on Xegony.

I have got this and have to say what is the point of the the effect lasting 1 min, its hardly worth having it, the other stats that came with the upgrade are nice but the effect is pointless, if it lasted 20min it would be something.
When I did use it I couldn't see anything stuns going off.

Well, it procs a stun right? And as you know, stuns are one of the best ways a Pally keeps agro (almost as good as our hate spell). Even if the stun does not take hold it adds hate.
Ya, it would be nice if it lasted longer, I agree. But if your the Main tank, and you need to keep agro, this buff seems like a good tool to keep you higher on the hate list.

Clickable effect now 15 min recast, Buff that stuns enemies that hit them.
Paladin tier 2 and I am assuming all tier 2 Bps now haev effect. The Silver-scribed Breastplate is as follows.
Has Effect "Ward of the Scribe": 0.9 cast time Recast delay 15 minutes.
Ward of the Scribe Required lvl of 75 Spell effect: Enshrouds your body with a ward that will sometimes stun and damage attackers when you are struck in melee combat.
I will post monk and shaman as soon as I get the Bps for them that I previously didnt want. Clickies for the win!

no it does not stack with WoT, and the stun is capped at to level 55 mobs. Hopefully we can get this changed
sounds like a short 1 min self buff for extra hate, as it will proc off the paladin getting hit.
seems kind of useless to me since i can keep aggro on a mob without even using a weapon, all a paladin needs is to keep a few stuns memmed
i'd rather be getting the heals from Ward of tunare then the extra hate from this as well
honestly unless this stuns mobs that are up to level 75 its really just a hate defensive proc as the stun poriton is useless, something more attuned to a warrior than a paladin really
