Excellent tip to follow guardians. I opted to follow a guardian that was running (Centaur) and I had 3 parchments (for 3 group members) in ~10 minutes.

-310.49, 993.78, 94.99 for the ground spawn loc - satyr ran over it but did not stop on it...

After checking all the spots listed here, I finally resorted to following the guardians. I had 2 chars that needed it and it ended up popping at the feet of two different guardians. One was North South pathing, the other was East West. Took less than 10 minutes to get both once I started following them.

been looking for over an hour, first.. page isnt white.. its dingy, tough to see
As far as idea of locaton, a slight bit north of Moldren the Wise, there are about 3-5 cents that path that area, this is the area I found mine.. and within 15 mins, saw 2 more

Found it in the North West corner of the grove today at 208.91, 1139.83, 93.39. The ground around it lit up a little around dusk.

Found at 108.51, 1202.92, 94.22 between a bush and a tree.
I have my bardic item identification song memorized before picking up this item.
I picked it up at the feet of a pathing 'a guardian of the grove'
(my location was -550, +924) and began singing:
Item Lore: The language is strange, but this is the first page of four.
A couple minutes before the same satyr had stopped pathing and stood on a bush (-536,+969)
At his feet (hooves)? the ancient parchment!
Parchments from giants are the second page.
Parchments from kobolds are the third page.
