It's trivial at a fletching skill of 129. I made one on my first try at around 110.

Ok my fletching skill will not at this time allow me to make this yet. However Id like to get the supplies so Ill be able to try later. What city/zone do I have to go to get bow constuction supplies? Im in EC is there any place near there that has stuff?

I am currently making these in Kelethin. I sell them for 40pp. All the materials are there. Same with Fironia Vie. I'm not sure about Neriak, but, I am pretty sure you can get all the supplies there if you are a dark type. The shop is in the same zone as the bank, so trolls and ogres can go there also.

this depends on what race you are. If you are evil, you should go to the Feerrott or to the Overthere. As a good or neutral you should get the materials in Firiona Vie.
