Well, I'd definitely want this aug. I'm far from the 35% shielding cap-- for a melee, shielding is crucial.

Not as important if you end up replacing an AC or HP aug for this.
if not at the cap, ya it is worth it.

Of course being eloquent, respected, and diplomatic you have no need to point out what's between the lines. I on the other hand find the need to vent.
Not that you should have to prove it, but showing the every day hit point-loud mouth-know it alls, (that have become a preponderance of the population in this game now days - and have silenced or driven away so many of the brilliant), in numbers what and why they are boastful fools to people who know, and misleading ignoramuses to the innocently uninformed, exactly what is what in terms they can understand (hopefully). Might just go a long way toward helping the situation through education, that exasperates me to the point of leaving a world that I have loved.
KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) is oft times good advice.
But this newish KISBYS (Keep It Simple, Because You're Stupid) is "for the birds!"

Personally I hope that Dev reviews this...maybe it was something overlooked. Otherwise this peice is worthless. Maybe they'll tweek it though.../smiles
