Councilmember Reakash says when you get this quest, "And finally, you must take the jar of the Windspirit and pass it through the mists of the of either of the waterfalls in the Grove. It will collect the mists I seek."
Not only is this bad English, the waterfalls in the Grove will not fill your jar... You have to fill it at the waterfalls in the Hollow, as some have already said. Hooray for SOE

Yeah, go to THE HOLLOW, swim around, and it'll update. One of the other steps involves going to either of the ponds back at the dragon area, though.

I"ve tried and tried...My swimming is up to 38 (Started at 1) all I need to know is how you fill this %@^$#^% thing. Please can someone help a frustated toon. <sigh>

Yes you just swim around in the pond where the skellies are and if you have the jar it will update your task.
BTW this is part of the task Reakash's Serenity given by Reakash. I didn't see the task listed as a quest in Crescent Reach.
