Required: YesAlso drops at spider camp in icefall. When looted it it had no class on it looking it up found was pally spell. Gave it too guildy as of last patch he said he was able to memorize it if that helps

Anyone know anyting bout this other than whats posted above. I also have a copy and am lvl 75 and can not mem this spell. Has no description as pally spell but all races . This is very odd. Is this spell only usable if a quest is done. It also can't be sold back to the npc i bought it from so, if i cant mem it it will be 1400 plat or so down the tubes. ? Tome maybe quest hand in no one knows about ? Lets put our heads together on this one see if we can crack this nut.

At the moment, this spell does not list a class. It only says Race: ALL.

Spell drops off of Green Legion and Stone Sentinels in Vergalid Mines. Got 4x copies on 12/27 from these mobs.

I have Spell: Mark of Fenegar
But for so reason I can not equip it... spell info says all classes and races but when I (74 pally) try to put it in my spell book. I get the emote wrong level, class or race... Any clue as this is a new item not listed?
