Tough decision here, this or the Fancy Velvet Mantle? The FVM has somewhat close stats, but it also has the effect of extended range 2. So I guess until 49 I would go with the FVM, but 49 and after I dunno. And it all really depends on the drop rate of this and whether or not I get one. I still like it because it is no drop, pvp people definetly love that, and it is a one of those pieces you have to earn to get and not buy in the bazaar.
Got one last night in Hate, 2nd floor, in an area beyond Innoruuk's room. Dropped from an Elite Dragoon. Huge chick DE. Max hit about 225, if I remember right. Grats Nemisas! 
And we've been to 2nd floor twice and have gotten only one drop each time we have been up there. Mobs don't like to move too far from their spawning points so the "Roving Band of Idiots" method is only efficent way of clearing the floor.

Nice sholders really for 46 to 50 lv any farther then that just do the velius coldain shaw quest number 7 rocks and blows this out of the water

Instead of making enemies with all wizards you should try to be friends with them, cause you ain't getting up in hate without one.
Not only that, but wizards are the ones that will be taking out dragons without your help. You like the cloak of flames eh, well lemme tell you 4 wizards have a higher chance of getting one then 45 other various players. Those 4 wizards in your guild will more then likely equip you (if you're a warrior) with their winnings so that the guild may progress faster.

There is now an NPC in PoTranq that will TL you to hate all you have to do is hand her a hate stone .. granted its much more expensive to have 6 stones for a group vs 1 if you have a Wizzy with you.. but if you do like alot of people have just have 2 or 3 people in group gettin a wizzy to gate you isnt hardly worth the time it takes to locate one willing to gate you there

drops off of an elite sometin ion scond floor of hate near where inny used to spawn. lot of new cool stuff is there along with new uys lots of mini bosses saw it today and lots of mage enchanter and bard stuff dropped

I just spent the past probably 15 to 20 hours played getting my Shawl from Thurgadin. I sure hope this drops off one of the new demigods cause it would really annoy me to know i went through all that trouble when i could just spend a day or 2 in hate.

Alass you must have been a very bad boy for the elf who manages the nughty list , Verant by name, has decided that it would be impossible for me to pass this to you. He says it's a new concept thats all the rage these days called NO DROP. He says all the new toys will soon be NO DROP so I cannot grant this wish but I'll find some cheap gear for you. By the way can you put some extra milk and cookies out this year.. I here Verant also plans on making them no drop as well.
