All that and i forgot to post about the item. Maestro is a HUGE pain to kill now, red even at 65 with a HUGE dmg output. He if DEFINATLY a raid only kill now. Pretty good sized one too.
On the up side he drops all this groovy new stuff. This is a hell of a ranged item if you ask me. I am sure there are better but 20 ac, great stat boost and saves IN RANGED!

ummmm sorry but focus effects DO NOT work for bards, at least none that i have tried. Tried all from spell haste to extended enhancement. Sorry bud, try again

Hmm.. i was wondering where i could pick up a good spell haste item for my bard, being one of the few spell mods they can use for songs.
