where do these drop?

Used in a chain armor quest from Tenish in Crescent Reach, level 71+. Need 1 - 4 links (depending on the item) to turn in as part 1 of the quest, ancient (?) mold for the second part and then he gives you a Seared Chain (?), (BP from Icefall has 80 AC, 235 hp/mana/end with decent stats and saves). Required level for BP is 71 recommended is 75, and is class specific, no trade. Same guy does all the armor pieces, for all types of armor.

i think you have the wrong quest....the quest he gives required the frosted items that drop in icefall

It depends on which piece of armor you are questing. Feet, chest, legs, and I believe arms are Icefall drops, so you need Frosted Chain Links, and mold drops from the named there. Wrists, hands, and head are Sunderock drops, so you need Ash Covered Chain Links, and mold drops from named there. All of the tasks are received from Tenish, regardless of piece or class.
