Supposedly it is "awarded" but is it "awarded" to the GM char or the GM's account? Technically Guides/GMs aren't supposed to convey to others that they are such, so I'd presume its a "GM Only" item.
This item is awarded to people in the guide program who have had 20 years of service.
For once maybe someone would call me "sir", without adding, "you're making a scene"
