Best way to get this is get group together 1 hails and get the dog standing by them asking you to follow don't move.
Send the rest off inviz to break timmy out.
He walks back very slow so that is when you will have to fight 1 way only.
if you have a fast runner he can lead the mob away to other zone line and basicly train all the mobs in area away as the FD.

as to the Pet he will stack with all pets but he is usless as a arrow you shoot to get a mob to come to you

you can not buff him as is gone in less then 10 second
Worthless pet
sorry I did it wish I could find new pet like him to last longer

I fancied having a go at getting a dog whistle (as a group-geared shaman), but had no luck getting a group. The Living Legacy promo during the summer gave me an ideal excuse to level up a druid on an alternate account, one which I started for free when Ubisoft were getting desperate a few years ago.

I levelled the druid to 65, only to get a "level spread is too great" error message. Great. Thankfully, shrouding down to 70 worked and I was able to deshroud, use the war portal necklace and get back to Icefall before it was too late.

I invised, with my druid accompanying La'See through the wolves. For what it's worth, being in wolf form doesn't make any difference if you're KoS to wolves already!

The two orcs were dark blue and were indeed mostly slowable. One flurried, the other rampaged and they had a fair few HPs too! Thanks to Ancestral Guard, Ancestral Aid, Langour, Zephyr and Rabid Bear I was able to finish them off without needing to use a blast heal.

After killing them, a single hit opened the cage and Timmi was soon on his way back.

Both the druid and the shaman received the whistle, which sunmmons a pure black wolf which quads for 85 (and bashes too). The wolf is below level 50 and I suspect that... well, will update this after SoD comes out!

Did this with :
1 Monk
1 Cleric
1 Ranger
1 Necro

Sent group ahead (invised) to well. Monk followed (flopped all the way) La"see to well and got first update. Monk then pulled orcs to top where ranger took one and monk took the other with necro nuking and cleric healing. Easy fight.Monk went down and released Timmy and sent group back to quest giver (invised again). Monk then flopped back behind timmy and La'see to get update and whistle.

We did it yesterday this way with 5 mates (WAR, PAL, boxed CLE, DRU, MAG) in group:

1) We parked all none the druid invis down in the well
2) Druid got the mission from Alibee in wolf form (no invis)
3) Druid followed La'see in wolf form (no invis) to the well where the 2nd step was activated
4) the 2 orcs down in the well spawned but did not aggro the invis group
5) druid went down invis to the group, we assigned the 2 tanks
6) each orc was tanked by the 2 melees, DPS assist on the maintank (very hard fight - as we had no slower)
7) after recovery and upmedding invis all the group went up the well stairs and waited outside
8) the druid crushed the cage and hailed Tammi and invised after immediately
9) Tammi popped outside the well the druid followed still in wolf form and no invis, group followed invis to Alibee.

The Dog Whistle can be used as clickie and in ammo slot, but the pet made max. damage of 10 to 65 hitpoints. The summoned pet stacks with the druid AA bear.

In summary a nice and fun quest (Timmi and La'see!), but the reward is not soooo usefull unfortunately.

well rounded group took down easily. Pally Cle Rog Monk Ranger Zerk. Eaily as pie. Ranger escorted La'See, while we waited at Well. Monk singled the orcs out. Tanked 1 grabbed other. Set Timmi free and escorted - complete. congrats groups.

Caster's Realm posted that these t orcs can be kited. Nope. The orcs are immune to snare and they summon. Found that out the hard way. Me (ranger) and necro figured we'd each kite one. Both of us died real quick.

Dog Whistel

quick easy how to

must have = 1 druid or 1 ranger

move group to the well, position behind it.

orc guardian cons red to lvl 71 (74/75)

they hit for 1598 max

they beging to flurry every other swing once they are around 40% or less.

have ranger/druid get mission and hail the puppy. everyone waits at camp, ranger/druid follows.

you can not be invis to follow, or La'Saa will turn and path back to start because they can't see you.

hence tree hugger class is amible to the local mob wolves and driftwolves

currently did it with

1 Sham
1 Ranger
1 Pali
1 Druid
2 clerics

mobs were slowed and would flurry and drop 65% (6k to 8k damage with flurry) HP with each flurry. we had a cleric on each tank and no slows other then ranger epic 1.0 (which does not land in time of course)

when you get to well hail La'Saa again, then you have to drop down inside the well, pull both orcs.

the can not be rooted, or paci'd. well not that i know of, ranger and druid harmony did not work, nor did root from any above class.

no chanter to try to mez so we didn't try that yet.

** added **

mobs can be single pulled with monk

once pulled and killed have a FD class go down well, break cage timma is in, then run out and FD away from group. timma respawns ouside well next to La'Saa

haven't gotten past this point yet as when you hail timma 2 more Orcs respawn, same spots as the last ones, you do not have to kill them in quest tab window.

we wiped, monk FD, but when orcs went back down well timma would not leave spot, tried to say follow, tried to hail, would not respond in any way
