A Stoneglint Cockatrice just dropped a beak in The Overthere. Just thought I'd mention it since it's not currently listed as a known drop for that mob.
you guys always blow my mind....I mean...some of you are the same toons that call others newbs when they ask stupid questions....Whether or not this can be used in Fletching or any other skill is an easy (and stupid) question....

you are right..err...my bad.
The addition of the trade skill line in the item's discription hasn't always been there. They might not have noticed it.

Pulled one off of a Stonepeep Cockatrice near PoK portal in The Overthere.

Indeed, these drop off of all types of the cockatrices in The OverThere... which means that you can do this part of the PoK ring quest in your early 20s. (The HQ Cougar Skin is the tough part, although a good duo of mid-20s can kill snow cougars, slowly.)

looks like a natural arrowhead to me any fletchers know?
I've heard that you can combine this and make some magic arrows. Unfortunatly yhe person I spoke to had no idea whet the components were. I tried using basic supplies (wood shaft, parabolic fletch and small nock) but it did't want to do that. If anyone out there has ANY ideas what combo you need to make this into an arrow please let us know.

my warrior is a master fletcher, and i have not been able to use it to make any arrows, i have also looked arround on the net and all the sites that have a Q&A arrea, alway have that question, and the answer is always no, cant be used. Maybe verant couldnot come up with an idea of what beak should look like and just used the arrowhead icon, /shrug.
