Sorry, decided to go back and be sure I posted the correct info. Yes, it was foraged in EF adv, and is stackable and is not no-drop, but the one I foraged does not bear the all-important tag of 'can be used in tradeskills'. Guess it's vendor trash then.
foraged in EF LDoN

I just foraged Drachling Silk in EF adv. These are not no-drop and are stackable. I'll hold on to them for a bit and see if any info comes available on the uses.
Name change?
# Apr 20 2003 at 2:25 AM Rating: Decent
I foraged two of these while running thru the mountains of FV yesterday. However, mine are called Drachnid, not Drachling and they ARE stackable. The stats are the same...maybe just a name change?

My mistake...mine are NOT no drop and are size: tiny. But still...my item is not found in the Allakhazam database...any ideas? Name change, new item? Can it be used in tailoring? Any info would be appreciated.

The only difference I have found so far between the normal and no drop silks is that the normal ones are small and the no drop ones are tiny. I know... it isn't the most informative post in the world, but there ya go.

You have created something new! Don't squeeze the charman!
for quest?

The silks I have are not stackable. Since the non-stack pelts are usually for quests rather than tailoring perhaps we should look for a quest for these silks.

I just got five and it was in the Dreadlands, just TP'd in there and hit the forage button, they are all the dropable ones. Sitting and medding up around the ring, managed to forage up 4 more, so i have 5 of them now. Hmmmmm.
This could be it!

Ok, heres what i know. Kaesora is an ancient ruined library. Upon talking to someone recently, he confirmed that there IS in fact a loom in kaesora! I believe this is what we are all looking for. Next we need some brave adventurer to head here and try combining these silks in different combinations in it.
2 silks
# Jun 19 2001 at 9:59 AM Rating: Decent
There are 2 types of the Silk foraged "Drachnid Silk" and Drachling Silk" on it no drop the other isn't. The merchant near the Docks that sells Tailoring gear mentions a useable Loom "out in some ruins nearby" after saying he is short on supplies for fixing sails. I havent found the loom yet...but im looking...I'll Keep ya all posted if i find anything

Tried making a bow using hickory, elm, and ash; with and without tools; have a Fletching skill of 125. Message always said "These materials cannot be combined in this type of container" or something similar. Perhaps another trade skill...

Any Uses?
# Apr 09 2001 at 11:20 PM Rating: Default
Are there ANY uses? I've tried combining from 1 to 5 together in a Sewing kit. Nothing.
