Depths of Darkhollow
Dropped from a witheran and a drained deathshed protector in the instance, zone wide rare.
Took 25 and 24 runs of entrance to exit (didn't bother with the actual quest - partially because he wouldn't give me the rock no matter what I said.)
Just aggroed one mob at the entrance and pulled all the way to the exit behind Korlach.
One toon to run, one at the quest giver to drop and to get quest.
~5min/run including booting up the instance time and zoning.
~70 mobs per instance.

As there was no posting on the rarity of this, it took me 15 full clears of the instance. On the 15th time though it dropped 2 of them on the same pull. Hope this helps those searching for it.
