I looted one not far into the Zone (city of mist), two or three loots later another one dropped. Not knowing what it was, I though it was a trash drop and didn't know you could vendor it so high.
I could have looted it with my alt but just left it to rott. Got a shock when I sold it.

I looted one from my Alt Paladin. It was off of an 'Berserk Fiend' in the Main room from the Zone In. He was holding it and I killed it to see what it was. It is a nice little item for my level 39 Warrior.

I looted one of these off an "aberrant" while PL'ing my cleric in CoM. Got mine near the area at the front of the zone where the large steps are. Probably drops off all sorts of mobs.
