Ugh, another person who has become jaded to all of the uber items. I have a Savant's Cap, which is nice (Gives Reagent Conservation II to my knowledge), but THIS is one SWEET cap. I love the AC, saves me occasionally. Oh, not to mention the 15 CHA and 10 INT!!! I give everyone permission that if I ever get to take such good items for granted like this person to beat me into a drunken unconciousness with a celery stick. BTW, I had nothing on my arms slot until level 32, not to mention I still have Fungal Flesh/Membrane Gloves and Pants at 33, and I do okay with 192 INT. I love playing this game, but I get tired of people that ONLY care about getting uber-er loot and higher stats over enhancing the overall gaming experience with quests and making friends. I just hope that for most of you I am preaching to the choir and the people who I am trying to talk to are in the minority.

Hey guys, my Jpg converter seems to be on the fritz, so I'm posting to update the new stats. I was really disappointed with the initial stats, but the upgrade makes this item very nice and replaces my Tranix crown for day to day gear.

AC 8, Cha +15, Int +10, Hp +30, Mana +20, Sv Disease +2, Sv. Magic +7. No effect.

Less magic resistance, and more importantly, less AC. At the level where you can get that, I really wouldn't trade AC and resists for int - my int has been maxxed for a very long time.

Less AC..... BAH with a capitol B! There is no difference between 600 or 700 AC. When fighting the mobs that we get killed by we still get doubled or tripled for their max damage (whether it be 140, 190 or 270). What matters is having a cleric you can trust. PERIOD.

In fact this game is 95% how you play and 5% items. At least for casters it is.

As someone who has logged a lot of time on an enchanter, I can assure you that the extra 100 AC makes a big difference when soloing.
