Is this item available on TLP servers in Kunark era? Or will the mob dropping it not be introduced until hot zones are introduced with Serpents Spine expansion?

The NPC that drops this, is actually part of the first set of hotzones that were added during Prophecy of Ro. I have changed the expansions for this NPC and others in the same zone and changed the expansion for the out of era items they drop to Prophecy of Ro.
