"Diva" just means it belonged to a female singer.
Suppose they can leave bards off it if they want.
Not sure why they would include a heal focus and still add int casters though. Any at that level would be capped on ft already.

It's a mask of beauty with high in most stats but Charisma.

I sort of doubt Sony puts much thought into items with respect to lore or naming anymore.

Why the heck is it that they keep leaving out Palys on this type of gear....we are no less hybrids than sks and rangers?...and 65percent increase in heals would be nice....someone please report this, as I'm on a library computer and cannot/salute!

I think you answered your own question. They do not want paladins to have access to 65% heal increase for the time being. You might not agree with that choice, but it makes sence to selectively remove classes from a list if you do not want them to have access to a particular focus.
