Dropped off a gloom spider in tutorial. Merchant wouldn't buy it. As of 1/2/09, still no TS tag. I'm almost certain this is the same scroll, but haven't had it identified to check item lore, but the graphic is closest to this thread.
I think this one is the one that drops in the instance, Thundercrest Isles: The Gilded Scroll.
