Trivial on this is actually 104
they should do something with these seeing as to how they are so damn expensive to make...takes a minimum of 2 coldain tempers (30+pp a pop) and then the other stuff....60+pp for 20 shurikens just isnt appealing...
I'd like to see shurikens with effect. Like the Knockback bow but with shurikens.

the only really good shurikens ive seen were shurikens of quellious. 7 23 range 100.unfortunately they are a summoned item

Uh, Shuriken of the Tranquil are pretty nice... 100dmg 20dly 200range...

Can anyone give the receipe and skill level needed for these?

Recipe is: Shuriken Mold, Sheet of Velium and a Coldain Temper. This results in 20 Forged Velium Shurikens on a successful combine.

Go to Thurgadin and find the blacksmith items merchant and he'll sell you a book on Velium Smithing as well as the Velium Tempers you need for this stuff (instead of Water Flasks).
If that's too complicated for you, try www.eqtraders.com, they have an incredibly complete EverQuest trade skills page. If its not on the main pages, check their forums. I've never been unable to find what I was looking for on that site. As long as it existed in the game, that is.

There is currently no book available at any of the blacksmith merchants in Thurgadin. I looked everywhere and could not find it. If you could be more specific on this books location it would be appreciated, but as far as I know there is none currently available.
