When it had the c2 effect on it No one could use it but the necros ... i tried it on my mage and it didnt work :P
and that was years ago
You all are newbs it happened alot of years ago .. 2 or 3 =) They just forgot to change the c2 effect on the stats above the picture now stop whinning
