This dropped for Tier 2 (Vertigo) today. Don't recall if it dropped for Tier 1 (Garg's).
Twisted Harp String drops from the boss mob events in Deathknell. You can be raided into Deathknell with the 80/20 rule even if you haven't finished the flag. Once you loot the Twisted Harp String, you receive the Deathknell flag. It's actually listed as a key on eqplayers: Prophecy of Ro - Gained access to Deathknell, Tower of Dissonance.

Which mobs drop this?
One Twisted Harp String drops from the chest from the first encounter in DK, the gargoyles. Probably from the other fights too, havent done those yet.
