I went to Goru`kar Mesa and killed at least ten Lingering Dryads, and got only one Fine Bone Chips. I have killed them off and on, and this is worse than I remember from the past so maybe you would have improved mileage if you go this route. But given the remote corner these guys are in in the zone (South West), irritating adds, limited number of Lingering Dryads up at anyone time, need to track them to find them all, lack of experience at level 75, I am going to look elsewhere for these.

Given the above list of drop spots, the options are: 1) vendor diving, 2) The Buried Sea zone, and its instanced missions which would give experience 3) or Crescent Reach, where hopefull there is a room just filled with grey skelly's waiting for a burst of Hail of Arrows which have a short respawn time.

Well, there's a pretty steady supply of the Nokk undead in the northeastern area outside Crescent Reach, but they don't drop these very much. I just killed 91 Nokks and got 4 fine bone chips. Note that they do drop from other Nokks: I got mine from a Nokk soldier, a Nokk spiritist, and 2x a Nokk assassin.

I found a somewhat better farming spot. The basement in Stone Hive has undead who drop these reasonably often; I can get 3-4 per clearing. The undead are only up between about 9:30pm and 6am game time, which is about 25 minutes real time, and their respawn timer seems to be about 20 minutes, so if you can clear the basement quickly enough you can get two full spawns per night.

(And then, while waiting for the next game night, you can go find the "imposter" hiding in the maze outside, who's a merchant where you can sell off junk loot.)
