Dropped for me today off Gornit on Seafury island

For future reference it dropped in Kaesora off a skeleton mob called "failed crypt raider".Not sure if it spawned or wandered into the library but killed it on the main level.Alot less hps then most the trash here,was killed with 1 pet crit of 161 damage=P
I can confirm everything in the above post. Droped for me today just as described.
