If an item is EXPENDABLE, it will disappear from your inventory when its charges are used up. See our item help page.

So after reading that help page. So with the AA points if you put AA points into it and use it then will it disappear? or will you be able to put more AA points into is? and use it agian?

I believe that's a different context, used to refer to AA's you can purchase and use once before you have to purchase them again. Most AA's you buy once and keep forever.
