That's a different item.
Dropped in Upper Guk (LOC:+1425,+280) by a froglok ton knight.

There are several items called "Barbarian Head" and one called "A Barbarian Head." Are you sure this is the one with an A?
I'm sure it's the right head (I cast an identify spell and it came up as 'Head of Wolfthan'), but I would like to recant who it dropped from. Another head just dropped from a froglok shinta warrior in Upper Guk (LOC:+1420, +340). I will send you a screenshot of the kill.
