midigating thickener rather than talisman
Y'know, the last time I checked, any spell that uses more than 1 mana to heal for 3 points was expensive, this is pretty horrendous. I've /petitioned at least 10 times on it. I don't care if it's a group heal, look at the Cleric group heals, they get at least 1 mana to 3 points, why'd we get yet another shaft from SOE?

Yeah, I just crit healed for 4470. Only have Healing Adept/Gift Mastery 1. I lub it.
It's quite a nice spell when it Crits on a group heal. I have received Exceptional heals for, iirc, 3840hps heal. May not be good as a Cleric Group heal but for my Druid he is very pleased.
