Hit all the treants in the bog, got 26 in 1.5 hours, and they are going for 18K in the bazaar in Prexus...someone needs to relook their prices a bit...lol.

They must have changed this, after killin several dozen treants in Blightfire Moors, no treant hearts. Just Treant Wood Hearts for some quest, no Treant Hearts. If anyone else has luck getting Treant Hearts here please post. As for me, NO LUCK.

I had to read the posts further down to find out that the treants outisde on the steppes area (NW of the quest NPC camp) doesn't drop this, instead go into the swamp area in the center of Blightfire and kill the treants there. They drop it, and quite frequently.

The "rambling gnarlroots" west of the center of the swamp (still in the swamp) seemed to drop it every time. There are 4 spawning there close to eachother. Probably coincidential, but never know.

Got 7 hearts in about 10 minutes, must have killed some 25-30 treeant mobs. It just seems like they've got a large loot table and only drop 2-3 items, so once again it's a question of being lucky with the Random Number Generator.
a bogwalking gnarlfoot in blightfire moors dropped, in the swamp area. Wasn't having luck with the treants outside the swamp. BTW the pic for this looks like a beat

confirm this, i got no luck killing the loebi ones out in the open but went to the swamp and got one on first kill

You should go to the swamp area in Blightfire Moors, the treants are easy to solo and they drop the hearts. Got 12 last night

These are selling for 10k in bazaar on veeshan server. I think that's a bit high.
10K, OMG I have 2 stacks of these for sale on Tunare. I wish I could get that kind of money. I have them listed at 250pp (cheapest in the Bazaar)and they don't seem to move.

Also drops off any treant in elddar forest. EXTREMELY rare. In 11 hours of farming I got 2. Fortunately that was enough to make my BC, which i sold for 150k
I have killed this tree like 7x now and only gotten 1 heart off him. Is there anywhere else it drops ?
yeah, i've killed about 10 of the trees, haven't seen one yet
