Actually, this bracelet would be better for warriors, the bulk of who would worship Rallos since it gets rid of that pesky +15 Mana that warriors really don't have a use for.
Outside of that, I don't see much use for it.
The Imbued Jade Platinum Ring on the other hand, is worthless, since a Non-imbued gold fire opal ring beats it on all accounts (cost and stats).
