In rage if all the eye mobs are up all around, go to the back of the zone, using the hallways till you get near the Pack Leader Snowfoot spawn point. He is marked on the maps for me but pops in a room near the southern most wall. There you will find a named tyrant up (instead of Snowfoot) when the eyes are up and you can easily kill and get your skin. Did it 3 times in a row and worked like a charm.

Anyone got any info on where they spawn, who you have to kill so they don't get slaughter, PH's, etc etc?

No, they don't drop inside Severag in a normal samples trip. They seem to be on a cycle of about 3 hours. They spawn right outside Severag.

Anyone know any tricks to getting these guys to spawn? spent 5 hours today, and got like 5 groups to spawn. With 2 of the grousp getting slaughtered before I could pull em =/
