ok they added some hitpoints and mana to a nice noobie cloak and made a minimum level of 48 to it.

???????

Now its useless junk, anyone that level can get alot better, this should be 40AC at least.

well i like mine, still wear it, hey its better than being Nude, sure EQ has a way of making dropps not fit the toons killing the mobs, but for that we must get use to it, unless you have a big time raiding guild, or a bunch of lvl 75's twinking you.. dont you feel better getting stuff to wear better than what you have? Sure, you do... heck i do too but untill something dropps and my suckey die rolls dont fail me i'm stuck with what i have

If you want something for twinks, you can go to POG and can get a BP much better with clicky or effect! Even the Thurgadin armor quest BP is better than this! And it doesn't have level restriction beside the clicky spell. If you have a lvl 48 plate class wearing this fabled BP, I wouldn't call it a twink. Hell! Even Kunark class specific gear is better than this! Are you kidding me?
