This can also be worn by the Wood Elf Rangers That follow Karana I believe.
well actually this should just be DRUID armor no other class need wis that can warship karana (i think high elf cleric can though) plus HOW DO YOU MAKE IT?

Why, if this is the pinnacle of Halfling tailoring, does it look identical to patchwork armor when worn?

No Shaman races can follow Karana.

They just set it to "all classes that can wear leather or better". No Monks can follow Karana either, nor can Shadowknights.

Simple, a new race is coming out with the new expansion :) mostly shamans and I belive they will be smaller in size. They will probably include a new race in the listing when it does come out.

First off, the Vah`shir will be a LARGE race, secondly, they already added the VAH tag to items they can use, & third, why would you say they're mostly shamans?
