Stacking. If it modifies a fixed attribute like dodge, disarm, specialize evocation whatever is an actual skill off your skill list then the highest one ONLY takes effect unless it states otherwise. Anything else will stack like spellshield, dot shielding, stun resist, avoidance, shielding until they reach their specific cap.
For some reason I could not reply to previous post, but when oow first came out you could stack haste augs on haste items. So if you have 20% haste aug, and 41% percent haste item, you could combine them to have 61%. A couple of patches ago they removed that (blah). I know spell shielding augs stack with spell shielding on items. I beleive all other mods still stack too
Just a quick question... If this Aug were to be placed on the Earring of Lushest Foliage (which itself has Accuracy +10) would it improve it to +25%? With the new Augs coming out, I'm not sure if they allow either stacking or modification of existing effects. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Got my Earring of Lushest Foliage in the Lost City of Dranik... pays sometimes to be the only Ranger around ;)

I believe I saw a post somewhere that showed them to stack. The argument was about stacking haste. Some screenshots of the items' details showed how haste didn't stack but other effects do. Some of the effects are now well enough coded that +5 and +5 on an item actually lists +10, some aren't fixed like that yet and show two +5's but the effect is cumulative.
By the way, Accuracy is not a % modifier. I'd recommend checking some class boards to see how a given Accuracy number actually affects your hit:miss ratio for different classes.
