Prophecy of Ro
This is part of a task in relic called "A Shop Keepers Delight", you get task in relic bazaar area from scrykin,named Borso. In task you need to kill 20 suplu runners and loot 4 crates, deliever all 4 to borso then you need to steal 10 chests from Tellen's counter, chest is a groundsapwn, bout 30 sec timer or so, make sure Tellengard are out of way when you steal or they will aggro you, turn in those 10 to Borso to get reward, don't know reward yet haven't finished it, but heard it is a 200hp ing for casters.

As for the ground spawns, these are small chests that spawn on top of one of three counters. There are a total of four counters though I've only seen them spawn on the west, north, and east. Fairly easy to steal the chests once the guards are at a safe distance. If they do agro, run for the zone immediately as everything around you will start agroing.
The chest respawn time is approx 2 minutes and is random as to which of the three mentioned counters it will appear. I've only ever seen one spawn at a time so no multiples. You just have to wait out the spawn timer and the roving Tellengard mobs. Note: If a chest spawns on the east counter, be careful from behind as that is one path the supply runners use. The other path I've seen used by supply runners is only to the south or "main" counter.
