Required: YesThis spell would have been nice to have before I got the Flesh to bone AA, it would have made collecting bone chips a breeze in the newb yards. It's still kind of nice to have though, I can see it coming in handy in a group setting if you lay it down next to the cleric.
At 65, self buffed, with elaborate defiant silk it's doable solo if your defense is maxed. Invis in, find where they're alone on their routes and root them, dot them up, send in the pet and summon kite them, just keep them rooted to avoid adds. Watch the pathing between summer and autumn in front of the quest giver so you don't get sandwiched between them, other than that it's not too bad. Fully buffed from the lobby this should be no problem even at 61.

How bad is this spell i see it takes 200 mana to cast and it takes the lvl 70 version 100 mana to cast what are some other downsides?

I finished this, easy enough for a necro. For necro's this isn't an aura, it's a trap. Takes a bit to mem, and recast is kinda long, but seems to last awhile. It gives you a floaty, symbol-looking thing where your character is standing. If anthing walks into it, it gets hurt and cursed. The exact amount of damage, I don't know (I didn't see a damage message.), but it killed an orc in SRO as soon as it walked into it.
