i am pretty sure this drops every time you kill Xanzerok, the Earth Root, along with 3 marks. im not 100% sure though.

Yes It does drop everytime... and the nice thing about these...you can have 2 of them .. as they are not lore either.. just slap a +14 to all stats aug in it..and your looking a pretty decent item here..

i looted 1 of these 2 times back to back of skysmoke,s 3rd form which had a dif name i cant recall atm,not bad for a simple kill seemed to respawn like every 60 mins without a place holder.hope this helps someone
