Spell: Circle of Arcstone  

 

You buy the parchments and quill in the FP Mage tower on the way to archstone from Mekoma Buma at loc -155 -967 -78

Hail him and he will ask you for help. Give him three parchements and one quill, and after the turn in he will say something to the effect of "ok you can look at my inventory now".

Hi all!
I went out and found the guy selling these last night, and he would not sell to me. Tried wolf-form, and had an Enchanter friend hit me with various spells/illusions in an attempt for him to sell to me. Nothing worked, I am "dubious" to him. I assume I have to build faction just to get a lower lever port spell.
Do any of you know what faction and/or who I need to go whack to get this spell?
As a side note, why would SOE in their infinite stupidity make a simple port spell difficult to get? I disagree sometimes with the degree of difficulty associated with my 69-70 spells, but come on! A simple port so I can easily move my group so we can utilize the new content? This is ridiculous.
