Augment Emerald Shard of Relic dropped off of lost spirit no post in a long time figured I'd throw an update is there.
Took, my lvl 67 Bard scouting the zone looking for npcs necessary for quests, and attempting parts that are quite easy for the bard types.
Anyway, most of the lost souls were roamers, I spotted a couple outside the larger opening from their bazaar area, and two more near the portal to the upper level.
Anyone know where runners spawn?

lost soul seems to have no placeholder at the moment, so spawns every 20 minutes or so guaranteed, quite near to the zone in. It can either drop this or a nice 200 hp/mana 450 damage proc caster primary. The lost soul cons red to 70 but hits like a high end dark blue at best.
Sure to be nerfed in some way, spawn rate or difficulty get them while they're hot!

This had gear restrictions placed on it, after the update on 2/23.

it has no equipment slots listed because it can be put in any type 7 or 8 slot, there are no restrictions. Most of the Augs we get have some restriction as to which equipment slots it will go in, these do not.

It dropped off of "a lost spirit" in Relic zone.
To confirm, this is a distinct mob from "a lost soul" listed above?

No, the mob is not "a lost soul". I sent in information on the wand that drops off the mob, and it is "a lost spirit" NOT "a lost soul". A lot of the nameds in Relic are of the pattern "a ________ spirit". There is also a named "Lyban" in Relic. I can't recall the exact names of the others for the orb quest from Arcstone. Those are the ones I've run into so far.

"a lost soul" does not exist in Relic. I can send a copy of my journal entries that have both the "a lost spirit" gloating after killing someone and what it says when it dies.
