Purchase a ticket, give it to him and spawns a mob you can loot htis from.

Step 1: buy arena ticket from Arena Master Ferin in Sanctus Seru
Step 2: Hand Arena Master Ferin the Arena Ticket. This spawns a mob just north of you in the arena.
Step 3: Defeat the mob and loot Arena Medal.
Step 4: Hand Arena Master Ferin the Arena Medal for faction and random pp.
Faction changes are:
+ Citizens of Seru
+ Hand of Seru
+ Heart of Seru
+ Eye of Seru
+ Shoulder of Seru
- Katta Castellum Citizens
Please note: Arena Master Ferin only carries 20 tickets so you can only do this 20 times unless you kill him and he respawns with 20 more or you wait until the next patch.
Step 2: Hand Arena Master Ferin the Arena Ticket. This spawns a mob just north of you in the arena.
Step 3: Defeat the mob and loot Arena Medal.
Step 4: Hand Arena Master Ferin the Arena Medal for faction and random pp.
Faction changes are:
+ Citizens of Seru
+ Hand of Seru
+ Heart of Seru
+ Eye of Seru
+ Shoulder of Seru
- Katta Castellum Citizens
