This is the shielding aug, and it still drops. We have had it drop many times in grps that go farming these minis, including one yesterday.
...What sony did to the dropable Anguish augs that existed when OoW was first released and guilds had just broke Anguish. I know because my paladin friend bought one from a friend of hers and sony nuked it to be statless a few days later.

Did you add this item because some idiot asked why his stone appeared statless on his magelo ?
Its because there are two stones to choose from if you update manually, the first being statless.
