Caster pants
# Dec 05 2001 at 4:31 AM Rating: Default
no self respecting monk would want these over the lvl of 20) At the lvl u need to get them, a Monk would sel them to a caster. Black panther skin is MUCH better, just no resists on the crap <verant strikes at the Monks again!>

I am a wizard of the 30th year and i'd love to have a pair of these, so a price would be nice!
#Anonymous, Posted: Jun 17 2001 at 3:39 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Nobody's said it yet, but this item is definetely not a bard or enchanter item, due to the minus 8 cha. Of course, anybody should already know that, so I'll be quiet.

14 sta?

I dont know about you, but by the time I'm hunting in sirens (55+) I dont care about charsitma on enchanter, or if I did I could keep it up at 200 even with a 8hit on like 5 items. And 14 sta is prety nice. Just tonight I sliped into some kelp pantoons in exchange for my giant scalemail (weighed too much, and 3 more int was nice [lost 1hp for wearing them with 8sta over 20hp on the giant scale]. Also I have stoped caring as much about ac as I start hitting 800 regularly). And lost 8cha. But if I ever actually need CHA I can slip my insid halo back on and take these pants off, but the last time I charmed with boltrans in an impromptu situation was about never.

I wish taking my pants off improved my CHA, but the ladies don't seem to go for that right off the start.
Great for wizards

This is another item that a wizard would love to have.
Warriors

Not bad for evil warriors.
.....not really

The ac on this is horribly for warriors, any kind of warrior!
Now for monks on the other hand, this fits them very nicely, low weight, some ok stats but all in all not bad.

Sure AC Sucks, but the good STA+ ins't bad for a warrior.. getting a pair for my rogue would has uber STR but his Stamina is way too low. Also, you can always put an Aug on it, never forget that my freinds.

He thinks there good for the extra STA, i think they'd be nice for a monk :)

Agreed nice for a monk.

My main is a 51 monk called Herrick and his STA is only at 81..

These would go a long way towards helping)

Do they drop off any mob in Sirens?

These Drop of the Ulthors, Moloks and the Bulthars... Sorta a random drop pattern... I have gotten a few kelp in a row... then none at all in many kills... who knows.... As for who i thinks these go best for... Mages.... that STA helps pet life.... thought I like my coldain skin boots just a tad better... but the 4 int is nice.
