Most Black Pantherskin pieces are decent, however this one is probably the least desirable of the whole set.
Cloak, cap, and mask have nice HP's... all visible pieces (BP, legs, boots, arms, wrists, & gloves) are nice enough, and they look great.

Maybe it's just me, but all the trouble you would have to go to make this thing.....wouldn't it be easier to just get a spider fur belt?

in what zones do i find the ingrediants and what level are the creatures that drop them
druid has been hunting these from black panthers in wastelands for the last couple of days. killed about 12 and got 2 skins, not a good ratio, but is a decent bit of exp (if you can avoid the backstabbing mercs) they got me one time after a fite with 2 panthers (took 45% hp in 3 swings and a backstab)
