I notice on this weapon that on the first and final level, the Drakkin race IS allowed to use it, BUT, on the third level, Drakkin ARE NOT allowed. What is up with that?? Someone needs to check that out as to which is correct since there appears to be a major discrepency.

2005-11-26 12:21:26 is the Lucy Update date for the Hammer. I'm fairly confident it was changed to allow Drakkins. But, if you get it and evolve it and it changes, all you need to do is /report it, and they should fix it fairly quickly. Also, run Lucy to get the evolution updated here.
