I have this dagger, and mine is 3/18. Sure not to strong, but quick. Nice to twink a lvl one mage with.

guess what the damage delay posted here is completely wrong, i have one and ist 5/22. and below lvl 20 it rocks in off hand. I think your all wrong im pretty sure it wont go in range slot

Dude, can you say range slot? i would use this in my range slot if i had it. yes the damage and delay stink, but the 2 dex and 4 agility in the range slot would be great for warriors, shadowknights, and rogues.
