Prob dont matter much, but it just dropped off a Samak Breedmaster for me in Chardok

+20. This dropped off a royal guard last night, no idea why but he had it equipped going into the fight and its better than fine steel. *shrug*

Picked one up for 100PP on tholuxe Paells today. Hoping it is a decent weap for my SK

The Argent is my first Really Hard hitter... and at lvl 29, I hit regularly in the 70's with it.. the FBSS helps with the delay... BUT I'm pulling Taunt from EVERY WARRIOR that I've grouped with including a "Twinked" Gnome that was 4 levels higher than me.....! When I switch back to my GhoulBane and Tsunami shield I loose the taunt...
It's gotta be the weapon! BTW My hardest strike to date is 97 according to my log parser! Why would anyone wanna be anything but a Pally... We have so Damn Much Fun!

I bought one of these in the bazaar the other day for my pally alt for 150pp its a pretty decent weapon but a little slow highest hit i've seen with it so far is 77 at lvl 23 with 137 str which isnt too bad and it looks a hell of alot better then the babs i was carryin around thats for sure

These have become next to worthless on Luclin server for some reason. Picked on up for 300pp last night after I saw a guy trying to sell it at that price for 20 min with no takers. Will go in the guild bank for the next MA that doesnt want to draw aggro and still put out good damage.

Well, I was lucky to get this sword from a great friend. He is sort of regretting it right now, because he didn't get to really try it out first. If anyone has one for sell on the Mithaniel Marr server please get a hold of him. He goes by the following names:

I just got a new spell called Instrument of Nife. It makes my weapon proc against the undead for 243 pts of damage. I am a lvl 30 paly hitting for average of 80 to 90 pts and getting single blows up to at this point for 105. If your a paly you'll eventually get a haste spell for 25% that will turn this bad boy into a 33 37 killing machine. I hope you all have as good a luck with yours as I have had with mine. Atlis 30 Paladin.

bought one today for my warrior in EC today 28/4/02. was being sold for 2k obo, I was more than a little excited thinking I'd got a mega bargin(I'd been scanning Eqprices.com and had it in my mind that this was an Ardent PROTECTOR much more expensive!!) anyway I logged quickly to check and found it was'nt what I thought it was. However I did want a to work my 2HS and thought this was a good weapon to use, I also really liked the Graphic. However when i got this up in my trade window it looked nothing like the graphic above. MMMM!!<thinks> prolly looks like graphic when equipped, ended up paying 1800pp not a bad buy when all said and done, only disappointment was that when equipped it does'nt look like the graphic above, just looks like a run of the mill 2HS!! with my FBSS I deal out death in big numbers so I ain't really complaining just thought you'd want to know.)

Hmm, not a bad little sword i guess, friend gave it to me, never used it. My 2hs is 200, str at 130, most ive hit for was 167 that ive seen. Has 14dmg bonus at lvl 42 on it. Dont use it much, got an FBSS and Velium Battle Axe 2hs, i usually whail in the 110's or so consistant. Argent defender kinda works odd, sometimes can hit a huge hit, not often, others just a 40 to 80 range, i do better with the velium axe by far though, just my 2cp

Dmg bonus on this at 55 is +20

Was in EC, some guy auctioned that he wanted to buy a Froggy Crown, and was trading a 'bag of warrior stuff'. I sent him a tell, and he came over and showed me the bag. After ten seconds, I decided to trade.

He got: Froggy Crown
I got: Ry'gorr Chain Coif, Cougar Claw Earring x 2, Argent Defender, Jarsath Trident, Sebilite Scale Gorget and Cloak

Hmm...I made out pretty well, I think, considering I bought the crown for 1k....hope he likes the crown. = )

I just got a what I see as a very sweet deal. I traded a SSoY (Yak) straight up for one of these. Since my Iksar SK seems to be better suited to 2hs, I feel like I got a great deal. Right now, he is 19th, so dmg cap is limiting its potential, and I am using a Tower Guard's Blade, since the ratio is better when you factor in the dmg cap. (Max 2hs hit = 29) But as soon as he hits 20...watch out. Gonna be a big hitter, looks like the torturous raising of the 2hs skill will be worth it.

Hmmmm... im torn. got this on a nice trade and though was sk only.... but to my happy surprize was warrior usable. my 2hs is at 181 at moment so not hitting for what I could with it. i can do more damage with wurmslayer and yak or my engulfing darkenss sword (never remember name). I dont have an fbss yet, so it seems a bit slower than what i am used to. might hold onto it till i get one then try it again.

average hit on a dorf in bb was around 88-98 with up to 135 i think now and then. think my str is around 191 or so prob.

looks like a runic carver and is a bit of over kill when running through gf and saving newbies with a 120 hit on a pawn, hehe.

You start to get a dmg bonus at lvl 28 I think, maybe lvl 29 before it shows up. No cap, just no bonus. two hander with over 40 dly recieves quite a nice dmg bonus I believe
